Our client, a company in the food & beverage industry, is looking for an experienced Interim Factory / Plant Manager (m/f/d) ad interim to optimize production processes and support the existing management team. The factory is in Germany with a holding located in UK

Main tasks:

• Coaching and training senior management to enhance leadership skills and efficiency
  
• Optimization of production processes in a highly challenging factory environment
  
• Managing a factory with multiple production lines and over 200 employees
  
• Supporting and developing the current, relatively junior Plant Manager
  
• Ensuring stable and efficient operations to achieve long-term performance improvements
