Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for an experienced plant manager (m/f/d) ad interim for a plant in Poland, manufacturing interior parts for the automotive industry. 

• General management: Resonsibility for the overall operational management of the plant in Poland
  
• Production management: Ensuring efficient and effective production of plastic and injection molded interior parts
  
• Employee management: Leading and developing the team of 300 to 400 employees, promoting a positive and productive working environment
  
• Process optimization: Analyzing and optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  
• Quality management: Ensuring compliance with all quality standards and specifications
  
• Safety standards: Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines
  
• Budget responsibility: Monitoring and controlling the budget in order to achieve financial targets
  
• Reporting: Regularly reporting to management on the progress and key performance indicators of the plant

• Professional experience: Several years of experience in the operational management of a production plant, preferably in the automotive supply industry
  
• Specialized knowledge: In-depth knowledge of plastics and injection molding production and management of interior parts
  
• Leadership skills: Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of managing large teams
  
• Language skills: Business fluent in Polish and English
  
• Mobility: Willingness to work on site in Poland for the duration of the position 
  
• Communication skills: Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Problem solving skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop pragmatic solutions
