Our client, a top-gear logistic service company, is looking for an operational manager (m/f/d) ad interim to lead a team of approximately 20 people. 

• Key current challenge is to bring process stability and service consistency based on existing processes. The client needs incremental process improvements and is simultaniously challenged to execute the current process smoothly.
  
• Customers are in the high-tech hardware business (printers, laptops, servers) and have high expectations in terms of service level (speed), predictability and visibility
  
• The candidate should quickly identify and address the obsticles / deficits and re-align the processes, etc. accordingly.
  
• The candidate should work in an empowering way with the team to ensure that responsibility lies at the right level instead of being escalated up to the manager level

• Operational management experience / skills in the logistic service industry (4PL-Services)
  
• Experience in re-aligning relevant processes, procudures, strucutures, etc. as well as managing and enabling operational teams by “roll up the sleeves"

• Managerial experience in dealing with corporate clients procuring logistical services
