Our client, a renowned management consultancy, is looking for an experienced OCM expert (m/f/d) ad interim for a pharmaceutical company to support the introduction of a new IT system and ensure organizational change processes.

Main tasks:

• Preparation, planning, and implementation of workshops to support system implementation
  
• Process recording and mapping in the area of pharmaceutical operations (production, quality management)
  
• Planning and management of cut-over activities
  
• Creation of communication and training materials to support the change process
  
• Conducting impact assessments to evaluate the effects of change on the organization and processes
  
• Close cooperation with PMO and IT to integrate OCM activities into overall project planning

• Many years of experience in organizational change management in IT implementation projects in the pharmaceutical industry
  
• Proven expertise in planning and conducting workshops and in stakeholder management
  
• In-depth understanding of process management and change methodology
  
• Experience in pharmaceutical production and quality assurance (pharmaceutical operations)
  
• Business fluent in German and English, French is a plus
