Our client, an industrial/automotive company, is looking for an experienced Manager Finance & Controlling (m/f/d) ad interim to take full responsibility of the finance department and ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.

Main Tasks:

• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IAS and ensuring proper accounting practices
  
• Responsibility for reporting to the parent company, including treasury reporting and deferred tax calculations
  
• Accurate presentation of all tax-related matters including payroll and income tax
  
• Overseeing all tax-relevant matters and ensuring accurate representation; renewing refinancing models (e.g., leasing) and supervising payment runs
  
• Monitoring and archiving all payment-relevant contracts and executing payment runs
  
• Overseeing and further development of risk management systems
  
• Renewal and optimization of refinancing models (e.g. leasing)
  
• Supporting selected HR-related matters in the finance function
  
• Developing and implementing high-quality business strategies and plans aligned with short- and long-term objectives
  
• Leading and motivating staff to enhance engagement and build a high-performing leadership team
  
• Monitoring all business operations and activities to ensure alignment with overall strategy and mission
  
• Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including risk and contract management

• Proven experience as CFO or in a comparable executive finance role in automotive or industrial environment
  
• Extensive experience in preparing financial statements according to HGB and IAS and managing international reporting structures
  
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, performance management, and corporate governance best practices including expertise in treasury, refinancing (e.g., leasing models), and tax compliance across all relevant areas
  
• Familiarity with multiple business functions such as finance, marketing, PR, and HR
  
• Knowledge in Czech language
