Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for an experienced IT Operating Model Expert (m/f/d) ad interim to define and implement a global IT operating model and establish a group IT company for an internationally active trading, engineering and services group.

Note: This project is part of a tender. The actual assignment depends on whether our client wins the project. Due to the tendering process, the decision may take more time.

Main tasks:

• Moderation of workshops and independent preparation of PowerPoint documentation
  
• Alignment with the Central IT CDIO and four division CIOs to establish a global OneIT organization, including responsibilities, decision processes, and boards
  
• Negotiation in challenging environments
  
• Leadership of the transformation project
