Our client, a fast-growing technology start-up, is looking for an entrepreneurial CEO (m/f/d) ad interim to lead the company into its next phase of growth and spin-off process. The position is currently based in Germany, with travel within Europe, Asia, and the Middle East required.

Main tasks:

• Lead the preparation and execution of a growth financing round of >€10 million, ideally with strategic investors
  
• Drive and manage the entire company spin-off process, including structuring incentives for the founders
  
• Design and implement scalable business processes and infrastructure to support growth and eliminate bottlenecks
  
• Building, developing, and leading a high-performing management team (e.g., CTO, CSO)
  
• Responsibility for customer retention and acquisition strategies; representing the company externally to stakeholders and partners
  
• Developing and implementing the strategic roadmap, including new business models and market opportunities
