Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for an experienced Head of Center Operations (m/f/d) ad interim to set up and manage a new shared service center (SSC/GBS) for the accounting processes. The aim is to establish an efficient infrastructure and ensure compliance with all financial guidelines.

Main Tasks:

• Establishing the SSC infrastructure, including facilities, technology and processes, and ensuring compliance
  
• Recruiting and managing the team, monitoring strategic issues, leadership and control
  
• Monitoring financial management, including providing support with budgetary issues and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and procedures
