Our client, a company in the food or beverage industry, is looking for an interim Factory Manager (m/f/d) to manage a demanding production site and implement operational improvements. The main task is to optimize daily production operations and actively address challenges in manufacturing.

Main tasks:

• Direct leadership and support of the production team on-site
  
• Solving operational issues in a demanding production environment
  
• Monitoring production KPIs and ensuring compliance with quality standards
  
• Implementing and enforcing safety and efficiency standards in production
  
• Collaborating with various departments to improve processes and workflows
  
• On-site presence to actively contribute to the production process
