Our client, a renowned management consultancy, is looking for an Expert in strategic and operational procurement (m/f/d), supporting the project team with the following activities:

• Analysis, evaluation, development and optimization of the client’s procurement organization in preparation of the CIPS evaluation/certification process
  
• Evaluation of strategic category/sourcing managers in terms of their skill sets to get CIPS certified
  
• Conducting training for the client’s procurement teams
  
• Evaluation of existing procurement processes and policies; identifying gaps to get CIPS Implementation of future procurement processes and policies and support of CIPS certification process

• CIPS certified (must)
  
• Experience in developments, trends, challenges in optimization of procurement organisations
  
• Experience in analysis and evaluation of procurement target operating models
  
• Experience in evaluating skills of strategic sourcing/category managers
  
• Experience in leading procurement processes and policies
  
• Experience in designing and implementing procurement target operating models (focus on processes and policies)
  
• Nice to have: Procurement experience in tourism sector and/or tourism construction sector (e.g. hotel construction projects)
  
• Nice to have: Experience in supporting Procurement organisations to get certified (e.g. CIPS, ISO)
  
• Arabic Language Skills are a plus
