Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for an Expert Software Sales CEE / Poland (m/f/d) ad interim to develop and operationally support a sustainable growth strategy for the Polish market for an internationally orientated software company. The aim is to significantly expand the business in Poland and strategically embed it in the overall expansion in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).


Note: This project is part of a tender. The actual assignment depends on whether our client wins the project. Due to the tendering process, the decision may take more time.


Main tasks:

  • Development of a sustainable strategy to significantly scale sales and market share in Poland
  • Accompanying the implementation through coordinated measures along the jointly developed roadmap
  • Identification of concrete business opportunities and initiation of long-term transformation projects
  • Contribution of strategic market knowledge on political, economic and industry-specific framework conditions in Poland
  • Support with location selection, personnel strategy and legal framework conditions for a successful market entry
  • Development of recommendations on sales structure, investment priorities and operational implementation

Requirements & Expertise

Requirements

  • Long experience in software sales, business development or strategic market development in Poland with strategic know-how of country-specific contexts, including geopolitical, economic and industry-specific aspects
  • Expertise in the structured development and implementation of growth strategies in CEE with experience in the identification and realization of long-term business opportunities
  • Knowledge of the operational realization of international expansion including location selection, legal framework and personnel strategy
  • Polish at native speaker level and excellent knowledge of local market conditions
