The project team is looking for support for the following activities:

  • Outside-In perspective on best-practices within the product- and technology-development for commercial vehicles
  • Identification of „Gaps“ and improvement areas within current processes
  • Best-Practices und success factors for transforming R&D processes and organizations
  • Agile implementation of re-designed processes within proof-of-concept

Requirements & Expertise

Requirements

Many years of experience in research and development for commercial vehicle OEMs or automotive OEMs.

In depth expertise in one or many of the following topics:

  • Re-Design of R&D organizations
  • Harmonization of product development processes (PDP) across companies
  • Integration of simultaneous engineering
  • Culture & change management within R&D
  • Interlinkage / synchronization of interface functions (procurement, production, quality,..) into PDP
