Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for an Expert (m/f/d) Procurement Controlling ad interim for a Machine Producing company. The focus is on tracking, mining and presentation of procurement data.

Main tasks:

• Establishing of procurement controlling platform to track and represent diagrams and reporting templates (purchase volume, savings, on time deliver, etc.) in global and regional categories
  
• Collecting and connecting of data from sources like SAP or Excel on a common platform/template.
  
• Using of data for monthly reports with 100% data transparency
  
• Optimization of global and regional procurement processes
  
• Ensuring of data consistency and regular updates from global and regional users
  
• Training of users for proper mainlining and updates of data
  
• Support of Supply Chain Management with creation of reporting presentations and with e-Auction/e-Tendering
  
• Establishing of a reporting Power BI platform with IT department
  
• Supporting execution of Digital Strategy in the Supply Chain department
