Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for an eProcurement Implementation Workstream Lead & Consultant (m/f/d) ad interim to develop and implement an eProcurement system.

Note: This project is part of a tender. The actual assignment depends on whether our client wins the project. Due to the tendering process, the decision may take more time.

Main tasks:

• Analysis, development and implementation of an eProcurement system (sourcing, contract, catalogue, supplier management, P2P) as a workstream lead with cross-functional teams (implementation partners, process owners, internal IT)
  
• Harmonization of existing and development of new procurement processes with an international focus for consumers and procurement managers in the field of renewable and conventional generation
  
• Development and presentation of decision-making documents for management
  
• Development and introduction of an E2E process management system with a focus on the SAP P2P process

• Sound professional experience as (partial) project manager in the implementation of eProcurement solutions with leading providers (e.g. SAP ARIBA)
  
• Sound experience in SAP S/4HANA Procurement, SAP ECC MM with focus on purchasing and SAP SRM
  
• Extensive understanding of procurement business processes with experience in SAP ERP implementations
  
• High affinity for processes, tools and systems as well as several years of experience in designing and implementing processes
  
• Strong methodological and analytical skills
  
• Confident demeanor, ability to deal with conflict with a pronounced solution orientation
  
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, good communication skills
