Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for a Director (m/f/d) Steel Parts Division ad interim for a manufacturing company in Romania.

The main goal is, to bring the division back on line and implement new management tools and processes.

Core tasks:

• Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling all operational activities within the business line
  
• Implement an efficient administration for the division to reach its goals
  
• Implement a planning department with planning tools to reach the OTD indicator and reduce the lead time for prototype realization
  
• Updating and implementing the business processes and work procedures together with the subcoordinates
  
• Following the growth of the division's performance with adequate tools and processes
  
• Creating and supporting an organizational culture change that integrates Kaizen methodology together with the Kaizen manager

• Proven experience in management as an Operational Director / General Manager ideally in the metal and steel industry
  
• Proven experience in the turnaround of weakening business areas
  
• Years of experience in the implementation of change processes in manufacturing companies
  
• Years of experience in the implementation of management methods (kaizen) in the quality and production area
