An international operating consulting house is aiming for the support of an Industry expert with strong refinery experience (ideally former Refinery Head / GM) who lead several refineries in developed or developing countries. Maybe even experience to lead business turnaround / transformation or crisis management in an oil refinery. Experience in re-organisation and structural changes, but also for business processes are key for the position. A deep technical knowledge or engineering is not the focus, here international engineering companies are supporting already.

This position would be a counselling / advisory position to the existing General Manager, in order to share experience, revise ongoing projects and program to have the right structure and key focus in all management and business aspect. This position will be for minimum half a year but maybe even for 1 1/2 years to see results.

• Experience in re-organisation and structural changes, but also for business processes are key for the position
• Strong English skills
