Our client, an international consultancy firm, is appointed by a private equity firm to find a CPO (m/f/d) ad interim. The mission of the assignment is to establish an integrated procurement organisation across five, individual companies located in Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden.

These companies are small caps, which have not established purchasing departments and individual procurement functions / tasks are carried out by business stakeholders

The total spend for all 5 companies is approx. 60 mio. € with significant Year on Year growth

The central objective of private equity is to create synergies by establishing a central procurement department with standardized processes, systems and structures.

Conceptualizing and implementing relevant structures, systems, procedures, etc. is the focus of the assignment.

• Leading a greenfield central Procurement set-up

• Developing Procurement policies, processes, SRM design and roll-out
