Tasks & Objectives


Our client, an international, industry conglomerate, is in the process of implementine one standard CRM-sytem across the entire group (34 countries).

The senior manager, in charge of the project, is looking for an Project Manager (m/f/d) ad interim, who´s closely supporting and managing  the core team and steering the external implementers.

Main Tasks:

  • Managing CRM business processes that combines existing and future CRM capabilities and integration
  • Defining the CRM strategy including all interfaces to ERP and further systems
  • Maintain project plan of all tasks, deliverables and resources, including cost controlling
  • Gathering up feedback from the local sales teams for continuous improvement
  • Vendor selection and management
  • Hands-on capabilities with CRM tools, good understanding of process testing, experiences and data migration, mapping is a plus
  • Ensuring the implementation of the necessary sales processes & reporting
  • Providing hands-on training for the sales team in order to master the CRM system

Leadership & influence:

  • Leading the informal oneCRM project team and external consultant partners
  • Cooperating & influencing sales community as well as IT resources to ensure availability of the CRM system

Interface, Collaboration, Stakeholders:

  • Key interfaces to the global sales team as internal customer, both to seek for input & feedback as well as providing the global sales process with systems, tools, reporting & KPIs;
  • Interfaces to corporate IT to support systems & tools
  • Key stakeholders are the country organizations owning customers and thus in charge of implementing the sales process; further stakeholders are senior managers to drive sales effectiveness

Output and Key Result Areas:

  • Provide a functional CRM systems which serves as a daily working tool for all sales person globally
  • Ensure a comprehensive reporting and KPI system for a global overview of all customers, specifically global accounts
  • Establish a consistent sales process for multiple business units and functions
  • Provision of sales effectiveness features like opportunity management & campaign management in order to support local sales teams to drive sales productivity

Requirements & Expertise


  • Great project management & implementation skills, experience to manage project work with remote teams with diverse functions and backgrounds
  • Good understanding of sales environment, sales process, customers, customer applications, customer buying behavior, with a focus on CRM tools
  • Experience with IT processes and related systems
  • Hands-on capabilities with CRM tools, good understanding of process testing, experiences and data migration, mapping is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to explain & promote the sales process and CRM in order to motivate the global sales team to adopt a habit of using on a daily basis
  • Dynamics & SAP knowledge a plus
  • Field & inside sales experience a plus
  • Background to develop & implement global project strategies
  • Communication skills of processes, systems & tools
