Our client, an international management consultancy, is in the process of acquiring an assignment focussing on tender support in the real estate area.

    

• Customer: Asset Manager (manages all the main asset classes such as interest-bearing securities, equities, real estate, renewable energies and infrastructure, under one roof)
  
• Tender Support in Real Estate area comprising
  
• Facility management in Germany (maintenance, repairs, renewals of equipment, refurbishment, cleaning, security, …)
  
• Property management (renting, managing, … + above mentioned facility mgmt.) in multiple countries across the globe mainly Europe, Asia, US, Australia)
  


• Scope of Work:
  
• Analysis the as-is facility and property management situation (spend, contracts, SLAs, strategies, structure, processes, supplier management, steering and IT)
  
• Benchmark with external analysis/data
  
• Identify savings potential, improvement areas and measures based on internal analysis and external best practices
  
• Development of contracting and tendering strategies
  
• Preparation of RFI and RFP documents
  
• Q&As with bidders
  
• Offer evaluation
  
• Development of negotiation and contracting strategies
  
• Preparation of awarding recommendation
