Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for a Trainer (m/f/d) Team Development for the conception and realisation of team development trainings.

The trainings are expected to start from 06/2024 over a period of 12 to 48 months, according to individual agreement.

Main tasks:

• Conception and realisation of team development trainings (content, structure, teaching methods & tools); up to 30 participants; between 0.5 and 2 days
  
• Delivery of interactive face-to-face training with group interaction, practical exercises, role plays, discussions, problem solving, gamification and group coaching
  
• Services may include, but are not limited to, counselling and tools for team training, administration and scoring of psychometric instruments/tests for the team, and pre- and/or post-training activities as appropriate

• At least 3 years (in the last 5 years) of relevant professional experience (full-time) in the delivery of team development trainings
  
• Profound experience as a trainer in an international environment and in conducting team development sessions with teams from different cultural backgrounds
