Our client, a renowned management consultancy, with a consulting mandate for an airline catering company, is looking for a Senior Expert (m/f/d) to optimize the global procurement.

Core tasks:

Procurement cost-down:

• Analysis of spend data and payment terms and interviews with procurement representatives
  
• Derivation of savings potential in lever workshops with procurement and category managers
  
• Definition of prioritized implementation measures and timeline
  

Procurement operating model:

• Analysis of as-is procurement operating model and interviews with procurement representatives
  
• To-be concept for global procurement organization, processes, governance, roles & responsibilities and IT
  
• Definition of prioritized implementation measures and timeline
