Our client, a renowned management consultancy, with a consulting mandate for a world-leading manufacturer of heavy-duty vehicles, is looking for a Senior Expert (m/f/d) Powertrain Development – Commercial Vehicles and Trucks to analyse and re-design their R&D organization.

Core tasks (updated):

• Providing specific powertrain development experiences to the team, enabling the team to develop a future target organisation and respective processes, structure, etc.
  
• Analysis of the current R&D organization across different brands/ functions through interviews and workshops
  
• Bringing in expertise and benchmarking data from comparable companies regarding the organization of the powertrain R&D department
  
• Derivation of alternative solutions (target structure) for a future R&D organization through interviews, workshops and benchmarking
