Our client, a renowned management consultancy, with a consulting mandate for an international bank is looking for a regulatory banking expert (m/w/d) to conceptualize an appropriate legal frame for the rundown of the bank.

Core tasks:

• Conceptualizing an appropriate legal frame for the rundown of the bank
  
• Implementing of processes for the retention of documents, availability of digital records and potentially managing outstanding deposits of unreachable customers
  
• Building up a third party structure past liquidation
