Our client, a renowned management consultancy, is seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager (m/f/d) ad interim for an international hotel operator to ensure the continuation of a strategic procurement initiative that enables direct procurement through the Chinese parent company and maintains the momentum of the ongoing project.

• Acting as a project manager, coordinator and as “cultural translator” between the Chinese and European teams
  
• Ensuring to “get the things done”
  
• Facilitating communication and alignment across regions
  
• Supporting sourcing strategy and supplier coordination
  
• Translating cultural and operational expectations

The Following Requirements are MUST-Criteria:

• Proven track record in project management in a Chinese related environment
  
• In-depth knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, preferably in the hospitality industry
  
• Proven experience in leading cross cultural projects between China and Europe
  
• Fluent Mandarin and excellent English skills
