Aufgabenstellung

Our client specializes in the sourcing and supply of a wide range of high quality tiles and accessories for all sectors of the interior and architectural market. Headquartered in the UK, it covers the needs of end users, trade and professional customers with a broad product portfolio.


Against the background of a holistic transformation and the development of the "Product Management" department, they are looking for an experienced "Product Manager" (m/f/d) who will actively support the management in the transformation of the company, both operationally and on site.


Main tasks:

  • Definition and communication of the product vision and strategy. Carrying out market analyses to identify trends, customer requirements and the competitive landscape.
  • Carrying out a thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and risks and evaluating competitors and analyze market trends to inform product decisions
  • Pricing of the main product categories (tiles and accessories). Differentiation of pricing depending on the sales channel
  • Creation and maintenance of a product roadmap that defines the future direction of the product portfolio. Prioritization of initiatives based on customer requirements and market trends.
  • Planning and execution of marketing campaigns to launch new products or features. Working with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Anforderungen

  • In-depth knowledge of the raw material markets and supply chains of the most important product categories (tiles and accessories)
  • Strong communication skills and analytical thinking for the preparation of market analyses etc.
  • Expertise in long-term product strategy, marketing and planning
  • Experience in prioritizing product initiatives based on market requirements
