Our client, a company in the energy sector, is looking for a Manager Accountant (m/f/d) ad interim to take responsibility for managing and executing local finance accounting operation activities. A high level of on-site presence is required.

Main tasks:

• Managing and supporting Interfaces to local BUs and Finance Functions and BU Heads
  
• Accountability for local finance operations (HH, UK, SG, US)
  
• Accountability for operational accounting and intercompany transactions both for IFRS and Local GAAP, including monthly/annual EPM reporting, operational month end and closing transactions
  
• Accountability for legal entity reporting in accordance with local GAAP requirements, including providing legal financial reports for local GAAP
  
• Work in the SAP system (R/3, S/4) and good knowledge of the FI module

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP (DE GAAP) and SAP ERP
  
• Extensive experience in corporate finance functions in oil and energy market companies
  
• Experience in managing and supporting Interfaces to local BUs and Finance Functions and BU Heads
  
• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
