Aufgaben & Ziele
Aufgabenstellung
Overall objectives:
- Guide the conceptual development of pricing and margin management by leading the existing expert team towards an industry leading pricing
- Assure the buy-in and support of all relevant stakeholders both from other functions and the key country organizations
Main Tasks:
- Lead expert team in pricing and margin management strongly leveraging existing know-how and building on previous development
- Create awareness and assure buy-in of key stakeholders from C-level to regional pricing managers by personal interaction, written and personal presentation
- Assure quality of pricing work and stepwise development towards industry leading pricing professional multi-project management
- Assure consistency of pricing development to the company strategy as well as all other functional strategies (esp. Marketing, Sales, IT)
- Contribute pricing know-how and ability to explain pricing both within the pricing team as well as to the internal community (C-level down to pricing managers)
- Drive short-term projects by her-/himself for the board and VP Marketing & Sales
- Prepare, align and communicate top management presentations on her-/himself

Anforderungen
Education / professional experience:
- Master’s degree in business economics and administration or similar.
- >5 years of work experience in pricing either in consulting/industry
- >5 multi-project management in complex corporate/international environment
- >5 years of proven track record in c-level strategic projects
- >5 years of professional experience in one of the target industries (esp. Mobility and Construction) as a plus
Skill Set:
- Strong project & change management skills/training
- Strong relationship management internal and external
- Key Account management tools/ training
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong statistical and quantitative skills
