Aufgaben & Ziele

Aufgabenstellung

Overall objectives:

  • Guide the conceptual development of pricing and margin management by leading the existing expert team towards an industry leading pricing
  • Assure the buy-in and support of all relevant stakeholders both from other functions and the key country organizations


Main Tasks:

  • Lead expert team in pricing and margin management strongly leveraging existing know-how and building on previous development
  • Create awareness and assure buy-in of key stakeholders from C-level to regional pricing managers by personal interaction, written and personal presentation
  • Assure quality of pricing work and stepwise development towards industry leading pricing professional multi-project management
  • Assure consistency of pricing development to the company strategy as well as all other functional strategies (esp. Marketing, Sales, IT)  
  • Contribute pricing know-how and ability to explain pricing both within the pricing team as well as to the internal community (C-level down to pricing managers)
  • Drive short-term projects by her-/himself for the board and VP Marketing & Sales
  • Prepare, align and communicate top management presentations on her-/himself

Anforderungen & Kenntnisse

Anforderungen

Education / professional experience:

  • Master’s degree in business economics and administration or similar.
  • >5 years of work experience in pricing either in consulting/industry
  • >5 multi-project management in complex corporate/international environment
  • >5 years of proven track record in c-level strategic projects
  • >5 years of professional experience in one of the target industries (esp. Mobility and Construction) as a plus


Skill Set:

  • Strong project & change management skills/training
  • Strong relationship management internal and external
  • Key Account management tools/ training
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong statistical and quantitative skills
