Our client, an internationally active industrial company in the automotive sector, is looking for an experienced CFO (m/f/d) for a two-year fixed-term position—with the option of permanent employment—to provide strategic and operational management of the finance, controlling, compliance, HR, IT, and procurement departments at its location in Mexico.

You will assume overall responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and financial management and act as a sparring partner for global management.

The position is based in Mexico and requires a local employment contract.

Main tasks:

• Strategic and operational responsibility for finance, controlling, compliance, HR, IT, and procurement at the Mexico location
  
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts, as well as derivation and tracking of measures to achieve targets
  
• Advising global management on financial and strategic issues, including performance monitoring and business case analyses
  
• Leading and developing the local finance and management team
  
• Managing intercompany transfer pricing and supporting the digitalization strategy, including the integration of SAP, MES, CRM, and PRM systems
  
• Working closely and coordinating with other business units and the global CFO of the business unit

• Many years of management experience in finance with responsibility for results at site or business unit level in manufacturing companies, preferably in the automotive industry
  
• Experience in managing intercompany transfer pricing and supporting digitalization initiatives, including SAP, MES, CRM, and PRM systems
  
• Long-term expertise in the field of procurement
  
• International professional experience in Mexico and intercultural competence
