Our client, a renowned management consultancy, with a consulting mandate with a banking house in Luxemburg, is looking for a certified coach to train and coach their teams and leadership.

Core tasks:

• Individual coaching for the managers and potential managers on leadership and managerial skills, personal development skills, strategy and business management (20 to 50 coachings á 10-15 hrs per year)
  
• Individual coaching for Heads of Unit and Heads of Division (5-15 coachings á 10-20 hrs per year)
  
• Team coaching on effective team collaboration and performance, strategy definition and implementation, collective goals achievement and change management (5-10 coachings with individual hrs per year)

• International recognized coaching certification (EMCC, ICF or equivalent, i.e. DBVC, DVCT)
  
• After certification at least 5 years of professional experience as a coach + have delivered at least ( Year 1) 250, (Year 2) 300, (Year 33) 400 paid coaching hours over the last three years
  
• Strong backround in following coaching scopes: leadership, management and personal development, personal effectiveness and organizational design
