Responsibilities & Challenges

  • Take over responsibility as Service Manager for the HRIS applications to internal users and external stakeholders.
  • Assure seamless operations in accordance to the defined service levels, by taking over full responsibility for all service processes (incident & problem management as well as access management) including business continuity.
  • Monitor system parameters and relevant interfaces (continuous health check)
  • Responsible for service lifecycle management by preparation and attendance of release changes and patches in collaboration with the external provider
  • Monitor, enhance and improve standard process for user support and authorizations (access right management).
  • Support periodic preparation activities (e.g. upload forms and targets) for HR Business
  • Follow the product developments and share information about new features and processes to the HRIS Expert and to key users (explain/educate new processes)
  • Actively support projects and changes concerning HRIS by conversion of business requirements into technical implementation concepts and own configuration activities or coordination of third party implementation partner and functional testing.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Identify and communicate potential for leaner and more efficient operational processes
  • Provide standard reports to HR Community
  • Coordinate vendors (system related) and 3rd level issue resolution

Anforderungen & Kenntnisse

Anforderungen

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German language required
  • Ability to provide customer service through collaboration and partnership with both HR and IT colleagues
  • In depth working knowledge of HR processes and systems
  • Several years experience supporting an HRIS (preferably SuccessFactors) and/or cloud based HR system, including experience with system configuration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience in exporting data out of a system and manipulating it through MS Excel a plus (such as use of pivot tables, writing macros)
  • Analytical, target oriented work style
