Aufgaben & Ziele

Aufgabenstellung

Our client, a German "unicorn" company, with rapid growth rates in terms of sales and number of employees, is in the process to further expand, professionalize, and develop the HR-function, -structure & -processes. This also against the background that a works council has been constituted resonantly.

Main tasks:

  • HR-relevant communication with all relevant stakeholders (works council, employees, managers)
  • Ensuring that all labour law standards and regulations applicable in Germany are observed and implemented
  • Co-design and establishment of an effective and efficient HR function covering the entire HR management repertoire (recruiting, employer's branding, career planning, payroll management, compensation & benefits, etc.)
  • Helping to shape the future structure and process organization of the HR department; this also includes involvement in the international rollout of Workday
  • Continuous, situational troubleshooting in an exponentially growing company 
  • Liaising with international HR counterparts


As the company is a very agile start-up, the Interim Manager (m/f/d) must balance pragmatism and legal framework

The client also has a strong interest that the mandate (ad interim) results in a permanent position if all relevant parameters are fitting

Anforderungen & Kenntnisse

Anforderungen

  • Comparable operational set-up works successfully done in an exponentially growing company
  • Decisive professional experience regarding German labour law as well as the Works Constitution Act
  • Work Style: "unicorn-compatible"
  • Excellent communicator, also in English, as part of the management only speaks English
