Aufgabenstellung

Our client, offering analysis and reporting services for international institutional investors, is looking for Quality Manager Portfolio Data (m/f/d).

 

The candidate will be part of a team, responsible for timely and quality assured provision of data for their client services. The relevant information range from investment and market data from a variety of vendors and aim to ensure high data quality for our customized reports and products. The candidate will support the further development of efficient processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality assurance of portfolio data for providing the downstream services with high-quality data
  • Monitoring and enhancing automated data enrichment routines for portfolio information in a dynamic and client-oriented environment
  • Integration of new indices and benchmarks into the market data system
  • Handling of client inquiries, e.g. regarding benchmark performances
  • Timely resolution of process or quality issues
  • Support the steering of a service provider and ensuring information exchange between 1st level and 2nd level operations

Anforderungen & Kenntnisse

Anforderungen

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • University degree in mathematics, economics, business administration, finance and/or equivalent experience in finance
  • Good knowledge of financial instruments and capital markets. Knowledge about portfolio and fund structures is an advantage
  • High data affinity and experience in data analysis, preferably with relational databases (SQL, PL/SQL)
  • High responsibility and process-oriented thinking
  • Experience in working with or management of service providers is an advantage
  • ITIL Knowledge is an advantage
  • Team player mentality, creativity and problem-solving mentality
  • Strong service attitude, autonomy and an above average willingness to perform
